Our Shipping Policies

We, at Nayantaara, place great importance on punctuality and the value of time. We strive to ensure that our cherished customers receive their order delivery in pristine condition and in as short time as possible.

All orders are dispatched within a minimum of 2-4 weeks depending on the order from the day of confirmation of the order. Please note that the timeline of 2-4 weeks may vary from order to order. Garments with less/no work will be shipped in less than 2 weeks compared to the other garments, which require handwork or any heavy designing, which might take 2-3 weeks. Orders will not be shipped and delivered on weekends and public holidays. From the day the order is dispatched, your order will be delivered to you within 7-14 working days.

Nayantaara provides free shipping in India.

Nayantaara facilities the delivery process through its set of trusted delivery partners at the recipient’s address mentioned at the time of the check out; or to someone other than the person or entity named at the time of checkout having apparent authority to accept the shipment in the name and on behalf of the recipient. Please note that there is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally, and the courier partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at the time of checkout.

In rare cases, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order due to floods/ heavy rains/ natural calamity/national bandh/election dates/curfews/traffic jams/festive periods/regulated traffic movements/ or any other conditions that may restrict the delivery of the order.

Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If a customer wishes to ship orders to different addresses, then the customer needs to place multiple orders.

The customer will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

We, at Nayantaara, put immense attention to detail, however, if a customer is not satisfied with the products-- you may choose to return the order. If at all, in case the customer receives a damaged/defective product or a product that does not adhere to the specifications mentioned at the time of the order-- please get in touch with us at support@nayantaara.in within 48 hours of receiving the order delivery. Please note, to file a return request the product(s) of the order should be eligible for return services.

Upon receiving a complaint, we, at Nayantaara will verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if convinced that the complaint is genuine-- we will begin the process of delivering the customer the replacement of their order’s product(s).

Return will be processed only if:
- We have determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to the customer
- The product is returned in original condition (with manufacturer's packaging, MRP tag intact)
